With over 25 years of expertise in the industry, 1000 Shades has grown tremendously to include imported and German Tech machinery. Likewise, we have expanded our workspace to create a 25000 sq. ft. interior design facility. Perfectly finished furniture curves and shapes are attained with the help of an automatic feed edge banding machine. The brand new boring machine and hot press machine from HOLYTEK assure you of the most reliable and durable interior products.
Modular Machineries
HYDRAULIC HOT PRESS
Hydraulic Hot Press from Wood Tech laminates products at a higher temperature of 80 degrees Celsius. The whole processing unit is structured with the help of a steel plate and 4 pistons, with a machine capacity of 120 tonnes. Designed in an “H” frame, the products are manufactured with the best system rigidity, high durability, precision, and reliability. To ensure longevity, we use Henkel D3 glue for hot pressing.
THROUGH FEED EDGE BAND
Our inventory of modular machinery to manufacture modular furniture includes a high-end automatic through-feed edge banding machine to perfect the curves. Furniture curves and shapes are crafted to perfection with this latest, imported machinery. The edges are banded up to 60mm and 12mm thick. Moreover, Henkel hallmark glue is used to keep the originality of the design and bring uniqueness to every product.
3 HEADED MULTI BORING MACHINE
The vertical and horizontal multi-drill boring is done using the brand-new 3-Headed Multi Boring Machine from HOLYTEK. The modular machine is fully automatic but has rugged construction combined with a convenient setup. The fully automatic machinery controls the process, while the hydraulic stabilizer ensures the smooth and efficient working of the system. PANEL SAWS
1000 Shades runs on 3-panel saws, allowing for mass production. The 14-inch (350mm) saw blade tilted at 45 degrees is capable of working with independent power drawn from a 1 HP motor. Installing the most reliable and high-precision panel saws, we are sure to produce the best.
ATS ELGI PAINT BOOTH
For a matte finish and perfect polishing, a dust-free environment is quite significant. One of our modular machines, the ATS ELGI Paint Booth, ensures this environment, allowing a quick and hassle-free polishing process. Renner paints are used to showcase product quality, and proper drying is done with a paint-baking facility at 1000 Shades.
